For those of you who have trusts you are probably be aware that over the last decade the trust law has been under review and now the new Trusts Act 2019 comes into force on 30 January 2021. For most there is not a lot of change, just more onus on Trustees and the keeping documents and records. There are some changes to beneficiary rights also.
